At our clinic, we offer extensive psychological support and treatment services, with an emphasis on improving the mental health and well-being of our clients. Our services are responsive to the diverse psychological needs and challenges they may face, with the aim of enhancing their psychological resilience and improving their quality of life.

One of our fundamental services is the initial assessment, which includes detailed interviews and the application of specialized psychometric tools to fully understand each individual’s mental state and needs. Upon completion of the assessment, we recommend an individualized treatment plan that may include various forms of psychotherapy or other interventions tailored to the patient’s specific needs.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of our main therapeutic approaches. This method is ideal for dealing with problems such as anxiety, depression or other mood disorders and problems in interpersonal relationships. Through CBT, patients are trained to recognize and change negative patterns of thinking and behavior, developing healthier and more positive ways of coping with the challenges they encounter in their daily lives.

We also provide specialized services for the treatment of panic attack disorder, an often unrecognized but extremely debilitating condition. Panic attacks are characterized by sudden and intense bouts of anxiety accompanied by physical symptoms such as tachycardia, sweating, dizziness and a feeling of choking. Our treatment approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which helps patients identify and manage the thought patterns that cause panic attacks. We also provide relaxation and breathing techniques for immediate symptom management during a seizure. With systematic support and guidance, our patients learn to cope with panic attacks effectively, improving their daily lives and regaining control of their mental health.

We also offer specialized services for the treatment of OCD, helping our patients develop strategies to manage the unique conditions of this mental condition and improve their quality of life. In addition, we are experienced in supporting adults with autism spectrum disorders, providing tailored treatment approaches to meet their unique needs.

The use of the MMPI-2 test psychometric tool for personality assessment and the detection of psychopathology is another important part of our services. This methodology allows us to provide accurate and reliable diagnoses, helping patients to understand themselves more deeply and develop more effective coping strategies.

At the same time, our services include supporting people who are experiencing serious emotional problems or have been through traumatic experiences. We offer immediate and ongoing support to help our clients process trauma and develop resilience strategies, enabling them to regain control of their lives and move forward with confidence.

Our holistic approach to therapy is based on collaboration and open communication. We believe that a collaborative approach is essential to ensure the full well-being and development of the people who trust us.

At our clinic, we are committed to providing high quality psychological support and treatment services, responding to the unique needs of each individual. We work tirelessly to create a supportive and encouraging environment where our clients can recover, grow and achieve their maximum well-being.
