In our clinic we provide comprehensive psychological services, with emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), for the treatment of various psychological issues. We specialise in the management of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as relationship issues, gender dysphoria, diversity and gender-based violence.

Obsessive-compulsive disorder is a serious psychological condition characterised by recurrent, unwanted thoughts (obsessions) and compulsive behaviours (compulsions) performed to reduce the anxiety caused by the obsessions. Patients often feel trapped in a cycle of anxiety and compulsions that severely affects their daily life and well-being. Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy using the ERP (exposure and response prevention) method helps patients understand and challenge their obsessive thoughts, developing strategies to reduce and eliminate compulsive behaviors.

In the management of anxiety and depression, CBT offers practical techniques to help patients identify and change negative thought patterns. These techniques include restructuring thoughts, developing coping skills and preventing relapse. Our goal is to empower patients to regain control of their lives and achieve a better quality of life.

Relationship issues are also an important part of our therapeutic approach. We offer support to understand and improve interpersonal relationships, whether they are family, friendships or romantic relationships. Therapy focuses on communication, conflict resolution and the development of healthy attachments.

We also specialise in managing gender and diversity issues, providing a safe and supportive environment for people facing challenges related to gender identity and acceptance of diversity. Our therapeutic approach is sensitive to the needs of these individuals, helping them to find themselves and develop strategies to live authentically and confidently.

Gender-based violence and its impact on mental health is another area where we offer specialist support. We provide help to people who have experienced gender-based violence, helping them to process the trauma and develop resilience mechanisms. Our approach aims to restore patients’ self-esteem and mental wellbeing, giving them the tools they need to regain control of their lives.

Our approach is based on creating a safe and supportive environment where patients feel comfortable to express their concerns and fears. We believe that a collaborative relationship between therapist and patient is key to successful treatment. We are committed to providing high quality psychological support, tailored to each patient’s individual needs, and helping them achieve an improved quality of life. We are here to support patients at every step of their treatment journey, offering the necessary guidance and support.
