George graduated from the Department of Psychology of the Aristotle University (Thessaloniki) and received postgraduate training in Human Resource Management (MSc Athens University of Economics). He specialized in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (CBT) at the Research University Institute of Mental Hygiene (EPIPY).

He has worked clinically in the psychiatric department of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki “Georgios Papanikolaou”, in the Association of Families for Mental Health of Thessaloniki, at the military hospital 216 KICHNE of Alexandroupolis and at the 1st psychiatric clinic of the National Kapodistrian University.

George has also been trained in gender-based violence, in the phenomena of work and school bullying, in diversity, in the refugee crisis and in the application of the MMPI-2 psychometric tools, NEO Personality Inventory – Revised and in Rorschach inkblot test.
